Where It All Began.
Our journey continued with the opening of a small restaurant-like setup, where our family delighted customers with mouth- watering dishes like Khaman, Idla, Dosa, Khamni, Locha,etc. As the love for our products spread, we opened our Surat branch, Tribhuvan Ghelabhai and Sons, led by our father and uncle. Now, the torch has been passed to the next generation, and we, the founders, two brothers, are proud to continue the legacy with a modern twist. We have introduced ready-to-eat packets of our signature dishes, making it easier for you to enjoy the flavors of Madhi ki Khamni anytime, anywhere.
Our Varacha shop, Tribhuvan Ghelabhai and Sons was established on December 10, 2000. It has been serving loyal customers for over 24 years. Many of these customers, along with their next generations, continue to savor our traditional recipes, a testament to our enduring appeal.
We offer a diverse range of over 20 varieties of products, including Khaman, Khamni, Locho, Patodi, Patra, Nylon Khaman, three types of Samosa, Pakoda, Idla, Fafda, and Jalebi. Our ready-to-eat line features favorites like Khaman, Khamni, Locho, and Jain Khamni.
